Travel Agents Recommend Couples 101: Tower Isle is the 'freshest' since is was most recently updated--the rooms are simple yet bright and they can get a great 'room with a view' (choose premier for the best unobstructed) at an affordable rate. Couples Negril also has more upgraded rooms and Seven Mile Beach is fabulous (if they're into sunsets and long walks on the beach choose this spot). Couples Swept Away is the largest of the four properties and has a huge repeat clientele (most of the suites are in dire need of updates, but the beach makes up for some of this). And, Couples Sans Souci is the most intimate of the four resorts, really peaceful with beautiful gardens and attracts a more mellow (and older) demographic. FYI, Couples is very competitively priced right now because of the Fall in Love promo (almost half-off)--which expires on June 15th (book by). Good luck.
